The Best EASY Beef Ribs - 2 versions - Four Daughters Style

Mother of four loves to make tasty meals quickly!

Secret Recipe uses "MASTERFOODS" or "McCORMICKS" (when you don't own a smoker - this is a pretty good substitute).

Karen's Version - Simply rub on "Texan Style Smoky Rub". Place in a baking dish with a lid and cook in a low slow oven. Eg - 5 hours with oven at 120 degrees.  

Bonnie's Version - QUICK - 2 hours from frozen - Take the McCormicks "Slow & Low Smokin' Texas BBQ Rub" and rub over the racks of short ribs (1 pack covers 1kg). Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour in 1 cup of water. Putting a lid on the baking dish, place it in oven on 150 degrees. Keep an eye on the ribs (checking them every hour or so), but they should be done in roughly two hours. ENJOY. The water will help to keep them moist to ensure succulently smoked beef ribs. YUM.
